The problem
Proposals get staffed before the opportunity is qualified.
An RFP drops, the team rallies, and writers, reviewers, and partners are committed before anyone has asked whether the company can actually win. Weeks later, the proposal goes out against an incumbent the customer already prefers, with a teaming gap nobody closed.
Every no-go decision made late costs real people's time. A disciplined go/no-go up front, followed by capture and teaming work before the solicitation, is how a small business spends its BD hours on the bids it can win.

Engagements
Five ways to work together.
Bid decision sprint
Go/no-go on one opportunity
A small business or capture team looking at one specific opportunity and needing a clear decision before committing proposal resources.
Capture plan
Plan to win before the RFP
A team that has decided to pursue and wants a disciplined plan between the go decision and the solicitation.
Proposal support or review-only
Color-team style review
A team writing a response that wants hands-on proposal management help, or an independent review of a draft.
BD system stand-up
Pipeline, gates, dashboards, teaming tracker
A company pursuing work without a repeatable BD process, or one whose pipeline lives in inboxes and spreadsheets nobody trusts.
Win/loss after-action
Lessons learned you can use
A team that just won or lost a bid and wants to understand why before the next one.
Firewall
Your bid data stays yours.
- Client bid data is isolated from our own teaming and delivery pursuits.
- We run a conflict check before any proposal support engagement.
- We do not consult a prime and then subcontract to that prime on the same pursuit.
- If a conflict appears mid-engagement, we disclose and step back.
CAGE pending. Our delivery pursuits are subcontract/teaming until CAGE is active. Consulting sold commercially to companies does not require a CAGE code; a federal consulting task order does.
